Weesgerus was spotless, had good bedding, provided cutlery and crockery AND breakfast cereal, coffee etc. and the owners are friendly and informative.  Our only complaint was that the street name on their section of the street was missing, the accommodation did not have a street number nor a name on it, nor a bell so I had to rattle the gate to get attention.



We had a very good stay at Weesgerus selfsorg Kathu. Esmarie and her Husband are very welcoming and warm people. The accommodation were very neat and clean overall. There were air-conditioning as well as dstv and we didn't expect it at the low cost of R250 p/p sharing. We had secure parking and our own remote for the gate. Esmarie is always responding on her emails and she is available on her cellphone as well. 

We can recommend them for anyone who is planning to stay overnight in Kathu.


Big spacious room by

I was pleased with the big room and enough coffee and tea available and a whole litre of milk was placed in the fridge. Usually the sachets are not enough for 3 people. There was also soap, shampoo etc for 3 people which was great.
