Welgedaan is located in George and offers luxury accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is close to several shops, restaurants, the N2 and attractions.

The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to nine guests. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second room and third room have a king-size bed. These beds can be converted into two single beds on request. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin and there is a separate guest toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery.

The living area has comfortable sofas, a TV with DStv and a dining area with ample seating. There is also an indoor braai and bar. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. There are lovely braai facilities, a Jacuzzi, pizza oven, double door fridge and freezer.

The property has a beautiful deck with a koi pond, waterfall, gas braai, breakfast grill and ice machine. There is a boma in front of the house where guests can make fire and enjoy the sunset with breath-taking views.

There are security gates in front of the decks, between the living areas and at the front door. The house has high walls, an electric gate, closed-circuit television and an alarm connected to the ADT security system. The house is located in a very quiet street where the neighbourhood watch is very active.
