Oudtshoorn is situated on the edge of the Garden Route between the Outeniqua and Swartberg Mountain passes. Oudtshoorn is also an exciting halfway stop when travelling between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.

We offer self-catering or B&B accommodation. There are three Double Rooms with kitchenettes and en-suite bathrooms and two spacious Family Rooms with kitchens, lounge areas and en-suite bathrooms.

Great for family fun. Kids loved the animals. The house was very cosy and had a farm feel. Staff were very friendly.

Great experience by

Myself and my hubby had an awesome time at the Farm. The place had everything we needed, the people are great, and there are so many animals too see. Waking up to the backdrop of the mountain was my highlight. It is beautiful!! No city disturbances only the sound of nature. I loved it! The camel ride is a must.

Pleasant surprise by

This place had so much more than we expected. If you have kids then this place will keep them occupied for hours. The list of things to do for the family is too long to put onto this review. I would go back again.

Great views, great stay! by

Very child friendly, nice balcony with braai and awesome views of the mountains. Great restaurant and shop nearby, very friendly reception. Nice swimming pool to cool off in. We really had a great stay here, close to the Cango caves and beautiful Swartberg Pass as well as a lot of activities at Wilgewandel itself, especially for the kids. I would really recommend Wilgewandel to anybody.
