Wolvekraal is located on a working Dorper sheep farm and situated just 15 minutes' outside the town of Prince Albert.
The 3 Cottages (sleep 4 each) is fully equipped for self-catering while the lounge features a fireplace and no TV. There are braai facilities and guests can enjoy the boma fire. Indoor fire place for the cold winter nights.
The farm has more than enough space to enjoy mountain bikes, long hikes or easy walks along sheep paths and dirt tracks. Veld drives with beautiful panoramic views of the Karoo is a must for sun downers and star-gazing.

The town is rich in heritage, arts and culture. This breathtaking little town at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains will provide you with that unique Karoo experience.

We enjoyed ourselves a great deal at Mrs Nel's little housie. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and you could see that for her it is a labour of love. Also the surroundings of her farm are so tastefully done with the old-fashioned car wrecks and her garden of stones. Everything was exceptional I would say. I would highly recommend her place to anyone.

Perfect Karoo Experince by

We had an awesome weekend at Wolvekraal. Great farm walks with a great karoo landscape to enjoy a sunset. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything you need. Small touches make this a great stay, from lots of firewood for the boma braai under the most wonderful starry night sky to rusks and home made biscuits on the bed. We will definitely return and recommend this lovely spot.

We had a warm and helpful welcome. We loved the decor. Well set up. The braai area was lovely. Protected from the wind. The unit was well equipped. The toilet seat was loose. Small toilet soaps would be a nice touch. The water is drinkable but has lime in it. Unit was very private and we would love to visit again in a cooler time of the year.
