Xanadu is a modern self-catering one-bedroom apartment with a queen-size bed, secure parking and enclosed back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The living room boasts a built-in braai which can also double as a fireplace during the colder months. Only 5 minutes from Lagoon Beach, the Milnerton Golf Course and Canal Walk mall, we are only 15 minutes from the city centre, the beautiful Waterfront district, venues and tourist attractions. Smoking is permitted but outdoors only. Free wi-fi and DSTV Premium tv.

XANADU BEWERTUNGEN (90 %) The gift basket that was provided for our stay I found was the highlight of my stay by Xavier Lee Shew 13 July 2017 I loved the security , this place is so secure makes one feel very safe . The place is cosy , heaters are provided and the fire place indeed does come in handy . All the appliances work ,full dstv package , toilet rolls and basic appliances are provided e.g. shampoo and shower gel , braaing kit etc . I rarely enjoyed my stay here at Xanadu, the only problem I found was that in winter the lounge area does get a bit chillie , other than that a fantastic place to stay . Very Spacious by Karen Musiello 29 August 2017 Xanadu is a very spacious and lovely little place, it has all your facilities you need, what made our stay so lovely was the owner Lynne was very friendly and if there was very helpful, there was full DSTV which is a bonus and coffee's and tee's were also provided. Thank you Lynne for making our stay with you one to remember. we will definitely stay with you again. Pleasant & Enjoyable by Fergus Russell 12 October 2017 It was home away from home, nice & quiet area, safe, secure, neat & tidy. We enjoyed the hospitality we received upon arrival & throughout our stay, until we left. Lynne was very helpful & even checked in now and then. Everything in the flat suited our needs for our stay from a full set of kitchen appliances & utensils, toiletries, extra towels & blankets, a comfortable sleeper couch to lounge & watch full DSTV or surf the internet through a fast WiFi connection. It is in close proximity to shopping centres, restaurants & other facilities.
