The modern air-conditioned house features four upstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms enjoy spectacular views from a balcony. Downstairs is the well-equipped and modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including a micro wave oven, electric oven and electric hob. Next to the kitchen is the scullery with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. The scullery leads into the enclosed courtyard. The dining room and lounge both open onto a covered veranda, with the swimming pool to one side; a safety net is provided. The lounge opens out to the veranda with spectacular views of the golf course. The veranda also has a portable gas braai for your convenience.
