Delarey Farmstay

Delarey Farmstay is located off the R315, just 5 km from Yzerfontein and minutes' drive form the sea. Yzerfontein's unique 16 Mile Beach is the longest uninterrupted sandy beach on the South African coastline, stretching as far as the West Coast National Park near Langebaan. Delarey Farmstay is also conveniently only an hour's drive from Cape Town on the R27.

The Victorian Farm House, circa 1880, features spacious rooms, a deep wrap-around veranda and original Oregon fixtures. The homestead can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a farm kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. The comfortable lounge area includes DStv. There are also built-in braai facilities and bedding is provided.

In addition, there is a flat that can accommodate up to four guests and contains a bedroom, kitchen, and lounge area. The bedroom contains a double bed and there are additional beds in the lounge area, with bedding provided. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a fridge, microwave, utensils, cutlery and crockery.

With the beach, hiking trails, 4x4 routes and fauna and flora nearby, Delarey is ideal to revitalize body and soul.
