DeoVilla Self-catering Accommodation is situated in Vineta, one of the most established areas in Swakopmund and exactly 300 m from the beach. The villa is modern and stylishly furnished to allow the comfort and privacy of guests. All our accommodation has the self-catering option, with equipped kitchenette and a colour TV, DVD player, linen and towels, daily service, laundry service on request, and inside parking behind walls with an automated gate.

We are conveniently located within 10 to 30 minutes' driving of most of the major tourist attractions Swakopmund offers, including the aquarium, the museum, Martin Luter's steam engine, the lighthouse, a beautiful golf course, Dune 7, Walvis Bay lagoon with its large population of flamingos and vast number of pelicans. Just outside Swakopmund, on the way to the Swakopmund river, you can also visit the extraordinary Moon Landscape, a seemingly endless series of bizarre hills and valleys that allow the feeling of being on the moon.

For botanists, there is the lure of what have been called ?living fossils?, the Welwitschia mirabilis or various unique plants that are reserved to only the Namib Desert. For those who wish to unwind completely and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings in the evenings, enjoy the magnificent sunsets as you idly watch flocks of birds heading home for the night from the sea and look forward to a celestial extravaganza on crisp, starry nights. Everything was as described. A very comfortable 1 night stay.

Ons het baie lekker gebly. Die personeel is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die plekkie is gerieflik en mooi ingerig. Dis waarlik n 'home away from home'!

The house is very close to the beach and centre of town. What we would recommend is the owners replace the bar with a small table as there was no where we could sit down to eat. And as there is no work surfcae in the kitchen to peak of, have either a set of hot plates or a microwave - not both

Good location Safe neighbourhood On property parking Friendly host and staff Only thing is to provide more cutlery, kitchen appliances, etc. For self catering one does not want to bring or buy appliances to manage basic cooking. Overall good stay.
