Great time by

I had a great time, the staff was friendly and accommodative, my partner and I will definitely going back, can't wait to see the place after its been renovated

Mixed emotions by

The price is good; the place is clean (at least) and rooms are spacious. The stuff is friendly but I really wouldn't go back unless there really is no other place to stay. The first problem I experienced was having to wait about 20 mins before I could get onto the premises on areival. The door/ gate bell did not seem to be working and you need to constantly phone someone each time you need to go in and out of the premises. The second thing, check out for prior occupants is 10 or 11, and check in time is 1pm. I arrived around 2pm yet I still had to wait for the bedding to be changed and the floor to be scrubbed before I could access the room. Thirdly, when you book accommodation, there are certain things that influence your choice. E.g if there is an indication that there is a pool on the premises, on a hot sunny day, one would by pass other places for one with a pool and it would be really disappointing to get to the place and find the pool dirty and not usable. This is what I found. Lastly, when you have been travelling a along distance you anticipate a good night's rest, but I did not get such as there was loud music playing on the premises and a group of people who were chatting very loud outside my door and nothing was done to control the noise. This lasted up until around 12 midnight.
