Doringbos is a lovely guest farm set in a natural wonder of hills, ravines, valleys and forest formed after a meteorite hit the earth.

The farm has six double-storey, self-catering chalets surrounded by natural forest and an electrified game fence. All chalets have an alarm system, a safe, TV with DStv, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a hairdryer. There is also a braai area outside each chalet. Solar power provides the main source of electricity and there is a heated swimming pool and picnic areas for guests to use.

Guests can enjoy a spectacular sunset from the lookout point on Langrant Hill, go mountain biking or on game drives.

Very clean and tranquil. Staff is friendly and helpful, just wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a place to take the one you love



We had a lovely time and the weather was good after all the rain we had earlier in our holiday. The chalet was nicely appointed and clean with all the basics. Just one thing ? a bread board or chopping board would be a good addition. Will definitely recommend to our friends. The walks were very pleasant and on one of them we saw giraffe and various buck as well as enjoying the quiet of the farm.

We had a wonderful stay and slept like babies. Everything was neat, tidy and very inviting. We loved being able to sit at the braai and see all the wildlife. Loved being this close to nature. We will be back soon :)
