Downstream offers excellent 4 Star graded self-catering accommodation in a security complex in Dullstroom. This luxury house, located on the waterfront of the popular Oaklane Estate, overlooks Dullstroom's Grootsuikerboschkop.

The unit can accommodate up to six guests and consists of three bedrooms, an open-plan living room, dining area and lounge, kitchen, and veranda. The house also offers three elegant bedrooms; two double rooms and a third twin room. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms share a second full bathroom.

The living room features a fireplace, plasma screen TV with full DStv, a DVD player, games, and books. The dining area seats up to six people and the well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, stove with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, utensils for six, a breakfast nook, and a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The house is serviced daily and all linen and towels are provided. The duvets are all down, and electric blankets are also provided.

The patio area offers built-in barbecue facilities, with a once-off initial wood supply provided for guests' convenience. In addition, a covered carport for up to two vehicles is available.
