Drafstap Cottage

This beautiful, self-contained, pet friendly cottage is situated in rural Joostenbergvlakte, midway between Cape Town and the scenic wine route. Enjoy a private, tranquil setting that is close enough to major routes that will make sightseeing a breeze. The cottage is separate from the main residence and is set in a fenced garden with its own remote controlled electric gate. The cottage is furnished and fully-equipped and consists of an air-conditioned, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sleeps two guests comfortably. Cotton percale linen and towels are provided. Two double sleeper couches in the lounge provide additional sleeping space for four people.Secure off-street parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles. The cottage is equipped with a colour television and outdoor braai facilities are available should you feel like having a relaxing evening at home.Pets are most welcome. They will be safe and secure in Drafstap Cottage's fenced yard should you wish to go out for a day or evening. Pets are allowed to sleep inside provided they are tick and flea free and their own bedding is supplied. There are four resident dogs on the main Drafstap premises, but they are separated from your pets by a fence. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and a selection of cereals with fresh milk on arrival. Also included are firelighters, wood, shampoo, body wash and fresh linen and towels.
