Duinerus Self-catering Accommodation is a cosy, luxurious and comfortable guest house situated conveniently close to the N1 in the quiet, upmarket suburb of Universitas Ridge in Bloemfontein.

Duinerus offers excellent self-catering accommodation in three Twin Rooms and one Family Room. Our luxurious Twin Rooms each feature an en-suite bathroom and two single beds. The bathrooms are adapted to support people with assisted living needs and a certain level of physical disability. Each room also includes a TV with SABC, M-Net and selected DStv channels and each guest has has a separate personal fridge in the kitchen.

Our top of the class Family Room comprises a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and semi self-catering kitchen. The unit is equipped with a double and a single bed, but can accommodate five people if needed. Ingredients for a self-help continental breakfast, cereals, milk, yogurt and juice are included.

All our rooms offer affordable accommodation well suited for business travellers, tourists, hospital visitors or sport/culture loving guests who want to enjoy a fun-filled weekend in our friendly city. Braai facilities and secure under cover, off street parking is also provided.

We are conveniently located close to the UFS, major sporting venues, shopping malls, and Universitas, Medi-Clinic and Bloemcare Hospitals.

Everything has a personal homely touch by

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Duinerus and Magriet made me feel very welcome. She also gave me a map of Bloemfontein, as well as tips on which grocery stores were more reasonable. Her booklet included tourist sites to visit as well as information about the sites. She also supplied emergency contact numbers for hospitals/doctors in case needed. I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone, whether they wish to stay just for a weekend or longer. Everything has a personal homely touch so you do not feel you are in a strange place.
