Dunvegan Lodge Villa

This luxurious, eight-bedroom, Villa with pool, Jacuzzi and wonderful views, is rented out as an exclusive Villa. It is the perfect destination for large families, groups of friends and golfing parties. We are negotiable with rates and dates, especially over the period 23 December 2018 to 10 January 2019. Please note we normally have a minimum of 7 nights but please enquire and we will try to work with you.

The house is situated high on the Clovelly Mountain, a stone's throw away from the renowned Clovelly Golf Course and five minutes from the beach.This luxury villa contains eight bedrooms and can sleep a total of 16 to 20 guests. We require a minimum of R6000 rental per night for the exclusive Villa, when out of peak season.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, DStv, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks and lead onto private patios with views over the Fish Hoek valley. Heating and electric blankets are provided for those chilly Cape Town winter nights. Enjoy magnificent sunsets or the valley's night lights from the balconies or from our lovely, warm Jacuzzi. It is wonderful to come home and swim in the Solar heated pool in the garden.

The separate cottage as part of the villa and it is self-contained with a lovely bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a separate lounge/dining area and a kitchenette. The lounge has sliding doors out onto a wooden deck with weber barbecue and air-conditioned.All linen and towels are provided. The rooms are serviced daily, except for public holidays and Sundays.

The downstairs area consists of two suites. Both suites contain en-suite bathrooms and this floor boasts a private lounge/dining area and a kitchenette. The middle floor sleeps four to six guests. It contains a big family room, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A lovely bar forms part of the living area. Two large bedrooms, with separate bathrooms, and a double sleeper couch in the sun room makes for ideal accommodation for the big family.

The house also boasts a separate, self-contained flat that sleeps four guests. The flat contains two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on opposite sides of a lounge area. Outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities makes this unit ideal for entertaining. A kitchenette provides all that is needed for the self-catering guest. Two additional guests can be accommodated in another separate studio flatlet.

We are centrally located for visits to Cape Point, various wine routes and the V&A Waterfront. Relax in luxury only five minutes from the beach.
