The location made it very easy for me to access anything i wanted by

I loved everything about the unit. I was just worried because when we checked in, it smelled like it had just been painted, so the unit was a bit uncomfortable on the first night because of the fumes.

Durban it self by

It was a total ripped off for what we paid wasn't even a third of the price they need to go for customers service management skills it was my worst experience so far especially for that could have paid even less at a hotel for better service & even breakfast included.....Durban Spa will definitely never see me again? ??? Our check in time was for 1pm they only let us in at 3 pm it was a total waste of money I'm so crossed.....never ever again.

Confused billing by

The apartment was ok, but no hot water on Friday morning. What killed me was when checkingnout ànd was asked to pay again, wanted to know why as I had alreafy paid Safari and on checkin had paid the balance. The lady wanted to know from us the number of days that we had spent thete. Smelt a rat. Ultimately got sorted out. But....m
