Was told on arrival only it was faulty yet they knew way in advance we coming, which in turn gave them enough time to fix whatever the problem was. I was content receiving a new cabin, but it was only the next day when people moved into that cabin I found myself wondering about the reasons given to me for not giving me that specific cabin I requested.
First day (the next day after our arrival) of housekeeping we came just after lunch to a cabin which smelt heavily like cigarette smoke. After opening windows and spraying perfume the smell was still there, thats when I discovered a cigarette butt in one of the ashtrays, which is strange since we non smokers.
Other than the above incidences it was fine. Perfect break by Khabo Zulu 11 March 2018 We loved our stay at this establishment. Everything was as we had hoped and we would definitely come again . The location, and the house itsself is beautiful, well mantained garden by Mthobeli Farm 03 May 2018 The place needs better maitenance. The Lion Villa we were at has a leaking bath room and the outside lights were not working. I reported the matter and by the time we were leaving the issue was resolved. Dissatisfaction by Mpho Mokgethi 05 June 2018 Firstly, the accomodation has been listed as a 6 sleeper, to our surprise, it's a 5 sleeper if we include the sleeper. We did not find the owner of the accommodation when we got there, we had to drive to town just to get the keys, we also left without seeing him again. Moving to the facilities: as per review, it was stated that there's a swimming pool, wifi, hiking, to name a few, and none of those were provided, we had to drive about 9km to God's window at least to get the satisfaction of hiking.
Value for money: I'm not really impressed, I did not get the satisfaction.
