Eden 14

Eden 14 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in Ramsgate. A built-in entertainment area equipped with a gas braai is available on the patio.

Parking is available for four vehicles and a basement lock-up garage is available.

This apartment sleeps six and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has air conditioning, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Both have a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area seats six and the lounge has a comfortable lounge set, flat screen TV and a built-in bar area.

There is a swimming pool in the complex. The downstairs laundry room has a shower, toilet and basin that can be used when returning from the beach. The complex offers private access to the main beach and lagoon which is only 200 m away.
