Please note there are three separate units to this Villa; a one bedroom penthouse on the top floor, a tenant on the second floor and a three bedroom villa on the ground floor. The penthouse and three bedroom villa are rented in conjunction. The middle unit with the tenant does not have access to the swimming pools.

One enters the penthouse via glass doors into a spacious open-plan living area with panoramic sea views over Camps Bay. A four seater dining table and white leather couch sits on balau wooden floors, and opens out through huge patio doors onto the large elevated swimming pool and outdoor wooden deck. The L-shaped green and white wicker couches allow one to relax whilst enjoying the views of the Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach extending to Bakoven. To the rear is a bedroom with adjoining en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. A frosted sliding door neatly separates the main bedroom from the living area. There is an attractive elevated lush garden surrounding the outdoor area which creates privacy. The lounge boasts a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher upstairs.

Downstairs, the villa has three en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped Siemens kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dish washer and gas hob, overlooking the dining and living area which is ideal for entertaining your guests. There is a completely separate scullery area providing a washing and drying utility area. The second living area boasts yet another flat screen TV with surround sound connection. Outside there is an eight seater outdoor dining table that welcomes al fresco dining and an outdoor lounge suite with four sun loungers that encourages relaxation. The living and outdoor area is asymmetrically divided by an L-shape swimming pool while the perimeter of the property is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens.

Back in side there is ample wardrobe space for all bedrooms, modern colourful portraits decorate the walls, and there is a further guest bathroom on this level. The villa has secure off street parking for two vehicles as well as garage parking for two. The villa is fully serviced Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends. Extra cleaning, concierge and airport transfers can be arranged on request. There is an uncapped wireless internet connection throughout the villa.
