Both en-suite rooms have private balconies with sun loungers from where you can hear the ocean rumble. The unit also features a single garage, alarm system, and 24-hour complex security. The unit is located in the third row from the ocean front, with very easy access to the beach.

Features include a fully-equipped kitchen and DStv - 21-channel DStv Hotel bouquet, and guest linen is provided. The unit is serviced pre-arrival, and cleaning services during your stay can be arranged as an optional extra if required.

We really enjoyed ourselves, especially my sister from the UK whom I brought here. She enjoyed the stay.

The stay at the F1 Waterfront Estate was wonderful. Everything we needed was available. Very friendly receiption on arrival. Thank you for the good service.

The only drawback, it was quite far away from Swapkopmund downtown

Love the quality of accommodation for four people (2 couple). Ideally suited for our purposes. I DID miss the wi-fi VERY much. We called the owner to investigate but nothing at all happened. We needed to keep in contact with our children - some of whom were overseas. This was a great disappointment. If you advertise wi-fi you need to stick to your commitment. The units were also very ontop of each other. the whole "estate" felt very cramped. We, however, were out most of the day but got complaints from the neighbour when braaing outside the stoep on the grass.
