This lovely, spacious unit has its own pool and offers stunning ocean views from both levels.

The ground floor comprises an open-plan lounge and dining area that leads to the patio and swimming pool. The well-appointed kitchen has a pantry and separate scullery. There is a guest loo on this floor.

There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, both of which have en-suite bathrooms; one of which enjoys ocean views and overlooks the swimming pool and the other is based at the back of the unit.

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs, all of which have sliding doors leading to a balcony offering beautiful views of the lagoon, ocean and coastal forest.

The well-equipped kitchen has two fridge/freezers, a bar fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, oven and microwave. All cutlery and crockery are supplied.

This spacious unit enjoys its own private access from the road, large parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles an alarm system and JoJo water tanks for backup water supply.

Servicing of this unit takes place on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is included in the daily rate. Additional servicing can be arranged at an additional rate per day.
