Galil Farm Cottage is located in Machadodorp, and is set on the dam. This cottage have extended views of the dam and the surrounding mountains.

The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second room has two single beds. There are two bathrooms. The area is open-plan and spacious consisting of a lounge and a dining area. There is a well-equipped kitchen fitted with the necessary utensils. Guest can buy fresh free range eggs for breakfast. Galil Farm is only a 30-minute drive to Dullstroom, where guests can visit shops of all sorts and enjoy a lovely lunch at one of the many restaurants.

The cottage is situated 3 km from N4 on a working farm. There are lovely walks that you can take up the mountain to see the remains of the Bokoni tribe circles.

setting and accomodation excellent. only negative was the R170 round trip toll fee to Machadodorp to do 10km. customers should be advised in advance and made aware that provision are avaiible at Waterval Boven without having to pay the toll fee. otherwise a great expiernce.

Beautiful & well equipped by

We had a wonderful time! Private, beautiful view, very well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Ian was very welcoming & allowed kids to swim in the dam & tour around farm animals. We will definitely be back! Great value.

Loved this gem in beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be back. Pity about the R83 toll fee for which we used less than 2km of road. Also suggest you give guests wifi acces.s
