BEWARE: POOR SERVICE by

I was informed on arrival that the resort was overbooked and that I would not be staying in one of the units I booked.

I was not informed of this any time prior to my arrival and was unable to make other arrangements 

Another visitor in the unit next to me had the same experience. 

This is bad customer service in my books.

There were no extra bedding and it was cold

My chalet wasn't cleaned throughout the weekend including Monday

Good location. Very affordable. Struggled a bit with the hot water.
