This double-storey house is tastefully furnished and comprises of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating with a flat-screen television with Dstv Premuim and a built-in braai. The kitchen is well-equipped with laundry amenities.

The master bedroom is on the top floor, with access to a patio with a partial sea view. This room has a double bed and en-suit bathroom with a bath.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a en-suit bathroom with a shower and the third room also have a double bed and have access to the third bathroom with a shower.

The living area leads to the porch, a portable braai is available if you like enjoy the outdoors.

The house is walking distance to the beach

Off street parking is available on the premises.
