The house is spacious, with five bedrooms sleeping 10 comfortably. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, two bedrooms with double beds in each and one master bedroom en-suite with a double bed. Three of the bedrooms have the most amazing sea views of False Bay looking over the Simons Town Harbour.

There is an open plan kitchen that leads onto a lounge and an open plan indoor bar, braai, Dining room area, also showcasing amazing sea views. Upstairs is another lounge TV room. Dual View DStv and Wi-Fi included.

The house has two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with microwave oven, fridge, stove and dishwasher. The home includes a domestic worker that will come in every day Monday to Friday to do a general clean. There is a Laundry, Spar grocery store and a petrol garage 800 m away.
