Glen Ormond is an exclusive guest house in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. It is situated on a picturesque and serene six-hectare property. An abundance of wildlife species move freely through the properties in the region.
The self-catering cottages are comfortably and tastefully decorated and are fully equipped with all the conveniences. Each cottage has a private entrance as well as a private veranda overlooking the majestic Drakensberg. To complement guests' stay, each cottage has a Weber braai and braai utensils. A covered carport for each unit is conveniently situated close to the cottage entrance. All units are fully serviced on a daily basis. Breakfast is available on request as well as laundry. Pets are not allowed.
A good reason to come to Rosetta is to see the dramatic views of the Drakensberg. The hillsides come alive in spring and summer with abundant wild flowers; the cold autumns are an array of burnt orange and amber; and crisp, chilly winters offer a frost-laden air with snow-capped peaks in the distance and sometimes snow on the ground.
