Grotto 1 is a lovely family house set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of a communal greenbelt, in the suburb of Hout Bay.

The house, which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen leading onto the dining room, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, and a furnished outside entertainment area with a swimming pool and braai facilities. The abode also offers guests Wi-Fi Internet access, laundry amenities, and parking on the premises.

The stunning beaches, the spectacular Chapmans Peak Drive, and the eventful Hout Bay harbour are just a few of the numerous great attractions guests can explore in the wondrous area.

Lovely family house with pool in gorgious setting very close to Hout Bay and Constantia winelands by

Gorgious villa with magnificent mountain location and 10 mins drive to the hub in Hout Bay and 15 mins drive to amazing Llandudno Beach - so just perfect location.

The house and the garden looks like an ad from the magazine House & Garden, very warm and wecoming.

We were a group of 3 familes with 4 children (aged btw 7-11 yrs) and 4 adults and everyone just loved the house and the garden.

The open kitchen is perfect for socialising, as well as the braii area outside, including the pool. We believe the owners have done wonders in creating a lovely home with several areas which will suit everyone i.e. reading a book alone or cocking or swimming.

The communal garden with its grande place is fantastic for exercising and kids playing around in a big space.

The security was superb.

Everyone in our group of 8 people believe Grotto 1 is absolutely fantastic!
