A modern, beautifully decorated, fully equipped house situated within close proximity to all amenities and only 350 metres from the Voorstrand beach (a five to eight minute walk).
Habibi 1 boasts two bedrooms, both en-suite, a study with sleeper couch and guest toilet to comfortably sleep up to six people. The main bedroom located upstairs has a queen -size bed, private balcony and sitting area with open-plan bath and shower and private toilet.
The second bedroom located downstairs has a king-size bed (or two twin beds), private patio with hammock, bar fridge and coffee / tea making facilities and en-suite bathroom. There is also a loft/study with sleeper couch for those who need to work or play or need extra sleeping room.
The rest of the house is beautifully decorated with open-plan kitchen and lounge with large stack doors leading from the lounge to the outside braai area. Ideal for entertaining or spending a relaxing evening with family or friends.
