Haven View is a charming log cabin with wonderful lagoon views, situated in a quiet suburb of Knysna.This self-catering cabin is set on stilts and accessed up a wooden stairway, surrounded by a lush garden. There is an open-plan living area with a three-quarter bed and a sleeper couch, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious loft with a queen-size bed and an air conditioner.Guests are welcome to swim in the large rock pool, or just relax in the garden. Secure parking is provided behind an electric gate. No pets are permitted as there are dogs on the property.

HAVEN VIEWS REVIEWS (85 %) Awesome Holiday Experience by Samantha Kouletakis, South Africa 30 September 2015 The log cabin is situated on the top of a mountain overlookingthe Knysna lagoon. The cabin is surrounded by lush greenery, and one can alwayshear the birds chirping in the trees. It has the most stunning veranda, whichis where we spent most of our time braaing and admiring the view. The upstairsbedroom was a delight and the open-plan kitchen was fully equipped. Ourhostess, Kim Talbot, was as charming as the cabin itself. We knew she was onhand anytime we needed her without being overbearing. We were particularlychuffed to see she had gone to the effort to write ?Welcome Kouletakis Family?on the front door of our log cabin, and stocked the kitchen with bread, jams,butter, coffee etc (all the things one craves after a 5 hour trip). It was the littlethings like this that made us feel most welcome. Should we ever venture toKnysna again, we shall definitely stay here again! Thank you, Kim, for anabsolutely awesome experience!
Wonderful place with excellent hosts by Mohammed Lorgat, South Africa 03 January 2016 We were warmly welcomed by Kim and Wayne and their welcome sign on the door was a nice touch. In addition Kim provides you with a welcome pack of brwad, butter, milk and jam. This was a very nice touch so if you tired then you have something to keep you going until later.
They have 3 lovely dogs and while I am afraid of dogs they tried to assist me to get over this fear. The unit itself is lovely. Its a log cabin with a deck.
The only thing that I will recommend is a cleaning service then this place is 5 stars.
