Situated on 23 hectares of rolling countryside in the tourism supply zone for the World Heritage Site, The Cradle of Humankind, Hills and Dales Accommodation is a relaxed, country and home style venue, catering for each individual guests requirements from peaceful getaways to conferences, parties, team building events and paintball in the natural terrain. Boasting beautiful gardens, lovely scenery and ambiance as well as abounding birdlife, the property is adjacent to the Lanseria Airport providing a peaceful getaway 40 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the environs of Johannesburg and Sandton.

We offer a variety of unique accommodation units. The Dabchick and Swallow are cosy units that overlook the river and are suitable for couples. The Starling and Hadeda overlook the river and are spacious, comfortable, two bedroom apartments that are suitable for families or a couple of friends. The Fish Eagle Lodge is a lovely two bedroom chalet (both bedrooms ensuite one with a bath, rainshower and toilet in one bedroom and the other bedroom with a double shower and toilet). A fireplace is situated in the lounge, which heats up the unit. The Fish Eagle Lodge is placed in beautiful gardens with a peaceful view of the countryside. It is suitable for two couples or a family. The four double Guinea Fowl Rooms are suitable for couples or for single travellers and also feature aircon.

Units are all self-catering, however, should meals be required there is a menu in each unit. Our meals are fresh and tasty and we have received excellent meal reviews from guests. Each unit is provided with towels, linen and soaps, shampoo and moisturizer, along with cutlery, crockery and glasses. There is a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle in the units except for the Guinea Fowl Rooms, which do not have a stove but an electric frying pan. Each unit has fans, hot blankets and heaters, except for the Fish Eagle Lodge, which has a fireplace and the Guinea Fowl Rooms, which have aircon.

Hills and Dales Accommodation is located in an area that teams with all sorts of activities, which the guest can visit such as the Lion Park, Rhino and Lion Park, Sterkfontein Caves, Maropeng, Wonder Caves, Hartbeespoort Dam - Zoo and Cable car to the top of the mountain. Should you wish to eat out there is the Culinary Table, Wiesenhof Restaurant situated in the Lanseria Terminal and the Fat Olive.
