Standerton is home to a brand new experience in guest house comfort and hospitality. Hoopoe Guest House is centrally situated on the main road and our management team are looking forward to welcoming you with unequalled hospitality.

A full time management and housekeeping team ensures that your every need is met during your stay. They might even surprise you with a couple of humorous tales from the local golf course. We offer six bedrooms equipped with en-suite bathrooms, Internet access, DStv, tea and coffee-making facilities and work stations. Five of the rooms open onto the sprawling gardens with access to the swimming pool and main open air patio. We cater for your comfort, from the spacious lounge and outdoor patio, guests can enjoy breakfast, host evening functions or simply relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and luminous night sky.

Standerton is ideally positioned to act as a gateway between Gauteng, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal. A visit to Hoopoe Guest House is an ideal halfway stop. Who knows, you might want to stay a little bit longer.

Why travel to Standerton in the first place? But if you need to be there, Hoopoe is a very good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet. What else do you need? They are almost finished renovating and it looks great.
