From a troubled building to the brightest place in Sea Point.Our location is ideal, our vibe is bright, our favorite colour is green and our custom furniture build is up-cycled.

Shared, affordable, short term accommodation in a prime location with a great community of good people from all over the world and at a decent price. We offer uniquely furnished and decorated rooms spread across 7 individual apartments each with their own shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. We focus on supporting our environment. Most furniture has been hand made by local underprivileged communities.

We support local youth artists who decorated all rooms and on a monthly basis we run mini events to raise money for local charities.
