House of Ephraim

House of Ephraim is a self-catering guest house located in the central suburb of Kensington in Cape Town. It comprises one en-suite bedroom with twin beds and one family unit. .The family unit has one double en-suite room and a connecting room with 3 single beds; this unit sleeps 5 guests comfortably. Each room is equipped with a fan, a heater and a TV. The lounge and kitchen are both communal and there is an outdoor entertainment area with a barbecue facility.
