Janala is a small but exclusive game lodge situated in the game-rich area of the Limpopo Province, just 40 km from the world-famous Kruger National Park. The lodge comprises offour unique thatch rooms, accommodating a maximum of 16 people.

This privately owned game farm of 350 hectares is situated halfway between Phalaborwa and Hoedspruit, and all the staff are experienced and dedicated to the conservation of the area.

The Janala Game Lodge is rented out as a group venue only, meaning that the quoted price includes all rooms and the entire venue is for the exclusive use of one group at a time only.

What a wonderful relaxing weekend we had at Janala Lodge. Andries was a wonderful host and the game drive with a few drops on our head was very refreshing. Already booked for next year!

What a relaxing place. We had the whole place to ourselves. Much needed privacy and relaxing space and Andries was the star of the holiday - always ready to assist and so friendly. Thank you Janala, we are definitely coming back for more!

Perfect place for a relaxed breakaway by

From day 1 until the last day we were treated like royalty by Robert, Loyd & Lucy. The lodge is perfect for a group (We were a family of 16) of people who wants to relax. The air-conditioned rooms were perfect for the evenings and the swimming pool was the perfect relaxation with a view over the water hale. Animals like giraffe, blue wild beast, zebra, water buck, baboons, monkeys, kudu, nyala and impala regularly visited the water hole. The evening fire in the boma provided the perfect braai opportunities.

Janala Game Lodge will definitely see me again.
