Jonquil Luxury Guest Cottage is set in a secluded, well established garden in the heart of Franschhoek Village, just a stroll away from the plethora of cafés, top class restaurants and specialty shops that Franschhoek is famous for. The little village of Franschhoek is set amidst towering mountains and the surrounding valley adorned with historic vineyards and fruit farms, and is a real gem of the Cape Winelands.
Jonquil offers luxurious comfort in modern style, with air-conditioning in all the rooms, flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD player, dishwasher and laundry facilities, as well as a wine fridge. North-facing, the cottage is airy and filled with light spilling through the French doors and windows. It comprises an upstairs main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden, a downstairs second bedroom with en-suite shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen open-plan to the dining area, which in turn opens onto a shaded garden terrace, as does the inter-leading lounge.
Our crisp white bed linen and towels are of the highest quality, and a laundry service is available on request. Tea, coffee, milk and fruit will be supplied upon your arrival. Secure off-street parking is provided as well as an alarm and safe for your valuables. Please note that we require a minimum stay of two nights and children over 10 years of age are welcome.
