Karrad Guest House is located on a mountain slope smallholding and offers guests a great combination of spectacular views, farm-style tranquility, space and privacy.

Each cottage has its own separate entrance, a private patio, a barbecue area, a kitchenette and DStv. They also offer radios and CD players as well as underfloor heating for winter.

We have a jungle gym for children and guests are welcome to use the mountain bikes. We provide secure covered parking and offer special discounts for longer stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karrad Guest House. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends going down to Cape Town. It was great value for money and had everything we wanted and was close to everywhere we wanted to go and do. See you soon.

Etienne was very nice and attended to our needs. The accommodation is good value for money and is perfect for a couple that wants a secure, comfortable and peaceful accommodation in the heart of Hout Bay. The mountain view is stunning and kitchen had all the necessary items.

To improve: 
1) please upload better pictures on the internet as the only reason we picked it is because it was our last choice. Pics were not clear so we had to look at them on different websites.
2) Attention to detail in the bathroom. We did not have hand soap. We were given protex which is ok but even cheap guesthouses will at least have handwash. Also, we did not have a hand towel. We had two bath towels that felt stiff as if they have not had fabric softener. 
3) The shower door needs fixing. it tends to fall out.
