Everything from the accommodation to the staff are of the highest standard.
I have never felt so welcome at any holiday destination.

Lost our rooms by Christo Pretorius, South Africa 30 March 2016 Everything was fine and good at the lodge. We were just upset about our rooms.
We booked 4 on-suite rooms and got stuck in the sand on our way there. When we arrived at 17:00 to book in we were told that they gave our rooms away and then shoved us 4 guys into one room. Very upset about this as we had already paid the 50% deposit.

Refreshing Experience by Carol Damoyi 10 January 2018 My husband and I visited Ponto D'Ouro for the first time. We must say that Kaya Kweru is one of the best places to stay in Ponto. It was clean, it was comfortable, the Wifi was fine and the food was yummy. The plus was the pool and obviously having the beautiful beaches just a few steps away. The only improvements that I recommend would be a smoother system of calculating the balance of FOOD money outstanding after your stay. (Especially if converting to Rand value) I think the system needs a bit of an upgrade and perhaps if everything would be computerised, transparent & easily accessible to the guest throughout the stay, and not just presented to the guest upon their departure. Otherwise, great stay. I would definitely go back. The friendlyness of the staff and Victor by Tyrone Pedregal 12 March 2018 My wife and I had an amazing stay at Kaya Kweru. All the staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Victor is an amazing host/manager, always willing to assist and checking up on how we are doing.
We will certainly be back.
