Booking with this B&B was a complete nightmare right from the start. First they did not want to honour the prices as per the site, so we settled for the stated amount but excluding breakfast. When we arrived, we were told that they don't have a place for us and then referred me to another guesthouse. The place they referred me to is definitely NOT in an area I would like to stay. No apologies - not from the owner, not from what looked like their receptionist. Nothing. Instead, she still had the audacity to tell me that she now has to pay for the place she reserved for me at the other guesthouse. I only saw the entrance, breakfast area and reception area at Kelbricks and even that is not something that impressed me in the least bit. Will avoid them at all cost in future.
