The bar area has a relaxed atmosphere and a cosy fireplace that roars during the winter months. Hearty breakfasts, lunches and dinners are available at reasonable rates. The guest house has access-control security and parking spaces large enough for boats and caravans.

Ermelo is a wealth of grass and wetlands and boasts beautiful scenery. Guests can enjoy numerous water sports, fishing and birdwatching. There are many location with ruins from the 1400s as well as San paintings on the Welgelegen Farm.

Nice place, friendly people, disappointed that they offered instant coffee for breakfast. I love real coffee, dislike instant. Also, no door between sleeping area and bathroom.
