Kibo Safari Camp

Kibo Safari Camp is a luxury tented camp based in Amboseli National Park, set at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Situated 140 km south of Nairobi, Amboseli National Park is the second most popular national park in Kenya. Kibo Safari Camp is only a 4 hours' drive away from Nairobi city and with the newly built tarmac road from Emali to Loitoktok, you are sure to get here comfortably. It is 15 km away from the Amboseli airstrip and a five minutes' drive from the park gate. The ideal location of the camp ensures you get breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Kibo Safari Camp offers complete tranquillity and privacy as we have maintained the original nature feel bringing you closer to nature.

Kibo Safari Camp has 73 self-contained tents we are able to accommodate guests as per their needs. Our beds have been custom designed, locally made using bush logs. You are surely going to have a good night sleep. And with the African rustic furniture, mosquito nets, clothes rack, carpet and writing desk, it'll be a home away from home. All tents have a flush toilet, shower, and wash basin. You can enjoy your shower as you like a bubbling hot or refreshingly cold.

Dine in our open terraced restaurant set under acacia trees overlooking the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Our fruits and vegetables are served fresh as they are picked from our very own farm. Our camp chef will pamper you with fine cuisines for all tastes.

Enjoy a cold swim in the swimming pool beautifully designed and set against the backdrop of the mountain. This is also an ideal location to watch the sun set as you relax and enjoying a sun downer.
