This elevated apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan living area with a kitchen facing the living room, which leads out onto a balcony. The cosy bedroom has a ceiling fan and large windows looking out onto the garden and swimming pool area. The kitchen is small but fully equipped for preparing home cooked meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, with under-counter oven and glass top hob The living room has two sofas of which one is a sleeper couch, facing a wall mounted TV. Glass sliding doors open out onto a balcony with a table and chairs.

The Kingston Estate is a family resort with three swimming pools with braai areas, a squash court, a tennis court and a gym. The Balito Bay Mall is a short walk away across the road from the Estate.
