La Perla 7

La Perla is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Manaba Beach in Margate. The complex is ideally located 350 metres from the Blue Flag Lucien Beach.

This apartment can accommodate 6 persons, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom a is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a bath en-suite; the second bedroom contains a queen bed and third bedroom are equipped with a 2 single beds.

The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals, including a dishwasher and a tumble-dryer to use that is on the closed of balcony. The adjacent lounge has a large sofa to relax on, and a TV with DStv connectivity for guests to bring their own standard DStv decoder and smart card. The living area leads out to a covered balcony, which has an outdoor dining table with seating.
