La La Nathi Country Guesthouse is the ideal stopover choice situated on the N3 just outside the historic town of Harrismith, in the Eastern Free State Highlands.

Set in magnificent country surroundings, this thatched homestead is a haven of peace for the weary traveler. Whether unwinding in our lush gardens or enjoying the swimming pool during summer or relaxing in front of a roaring log fire in winter, our guests enjoy the intimate atmosphere and personal service and attention which we provide.

Each of our 21 cosy en-suite rooms have under floor heating and DSTV. We also have 3 Luxury Suites that are equipped with a spa bath, body shower, fireplace and private lounge, and have recently introduced two new Luxury Family Suites. Our home cooked plated dinner and country breakfasts are optional.

Conveniently situated half way between Durban and Johannesburg on the N3 Highway, La La Nathi Country Guesthouse is the perfect getaway venue for your next conference or romantic wedding. The Drakensberg mountains, Clarens and Golden Gate are within easy reach.

We always stay here. Everything is clean. Food is good. You can eat on site which is great. Book dinner beforehand if you want the meal of the day. Only complaint the smokers in the bar !!!
