Lalapanzi comprises an individually designed self-catering house situated on the primary dune overlooking Barra Beach in Inhambane, Mozambique. Whether guests come as a family or a group, the house cater for all.

This is a three-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 11 guests. There are 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen / dining room, and an undercover deck with a large braai area and views of the ocean.

There are various restaurants and bars within close proximity of Lalapanzi, where a wide range of fresh seafood and local cuisine can be enjoyed. Guests can also go horse riding on the beach and take dhow trips across the Inhambane Bay to Maxixe.

The cleaner Martha is available @ R100 p d.

Grab your food, toiletpaper and towels and enjoy the view or the walk / swim along the beach.

The house is very well equipped and the staffs also do a good job, we really enjoyed our staying at lalapanzi.



We had a wonderful stay at Lalapanzi! Beautiful views from the large deck! House fully equiped and serviced every day. We will definitely be back!!

Lalapanzi 2 by

Lalapanzi is situated on one of the route to a settlement behind the hills of Bara. It gets very busy with the traffic up and down the hill and also very dusty. The beds need a upgrade and the pots and pans are in a terrible state. The rooms and kitchen and very basic. The staff are there to help but does not take the initiative to clean if not told.

Maybe some new fans because it's really warm there and the fans didn't do much.
