Being on the ground floor is certainly a plus with small children. Security is definitely a big plus. Compared to other establishments Elantra would be definitely by far our favourite choice for future visits. We had a great stay at Lantra 9. The flat is very well equipped and family friendly. The location is safe and just right for us to reach our Karate Club well in time. But the price should include the Aircone thats in the Bedroom, Should you want aircone the Remote will be given with a extra R50 per day.. The stay was good but to many rules feels like i was to scared to do anything. I was out most of the time so didnt bother me.

Thank you for your time to write this review. There are a few remarks I would like to respond to: The unit is not advertised with air con. We do not want guests to pay for something they do not use as we try to keep our rates as low as possible. That is why we do not include the air con fee in the rate. This is communicated through all our reservation documents to our clients as well on arrival. It is a choice that the guests have. Unfortunately this guest speed away on day of departure without paying half of the money for the use of the aircon. I do not appreciate behaviour like that. Our rules are not strict according to us and other guests that have stayed there. It is the same as everywhere else. Rules are also there to make the stay of the guests enjoyable as all the occupants in complex has same set of rules. We have never had any complaints about our rules and 65% of our guests revisits our units because of their enjoyable stay. Regards Heloise
