La Pastorale is situated in the heart of the Constantia Valley and offers its guests wonderful mountain views and tranquil gardens. The house has a Tuscan ambience and guests can make use of the communal lounge that is equipped with a TV as well as a fireplace.

The lovely guest house offers a choice of four lovely units that enjoy access to the garden and saltwater swimming pool where guests can relax or prepare for a braai on the patio. All units are non-smoking and equipped with TVs with DStv and local channels, and some also have DVD players. For your comfort all the units also have Wi-Fi access, bar fridges and tea and coffee facilities. Cynthia's Room and Main Room are each perfect for two guests, while the Family Unit consists of three connected rooms for a family of six.

Every morning guests can enjoy lovely Continental and English breakfasts in the dining room and other meals are also available on request. Secure off-street parking is provided and airport transfers are available.

La Pastorale's housekeeper, Cynthia, is available from Mondays to Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00 and her services are included when staying here. If required, she can assist with laundry and ironing. Please note that babysitting and other work needed after 14:00 need to be arranged with her at an additional cost.

For those looking to explore, the Constantia Village is about a 20-minute walk and a two-minute drive by car. The greenbelt is a short walk away and is perfect for forest walks, jogging or horse riding. Various activities and attractions can be enjoyed in and around Cape Town and guest will be spoiled for choice.

Everything was as we expected and our hosts, Gilles and Sally, were very attentive and friendly. Lovely quiet area with a beautiful garden. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We would definitly stay there again.

The location and the ambiance impressed us from the first moment. It really is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Access to the city easily.

Breakfast was fantastic with all the fruit offered. Very nice hosts and friendly staff!
