This spacious and neat three-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront, with a ground floor entrance. This unit has magnificent beach and sea views from the spacious balcony, lounge and main bedroom.Le Paradis 18 consists of three bedrooms, with a double bed in the main bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath. There are two single beds in the second and third bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bath and shower that caters for the second and third bedrooms.The lounge and dining room opens onto a balcony with a table, chairs and a braai area. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms as well as the lounge. There is also a TV with a DStv decoder in the lounge.The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double-door fridge and freezer, a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all other utensils and crockery. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.The complex is secured with disc controlled gates and a lock-up garage. There is a communal swimming pool, a kiddie's pool and a viewing deck that make this a very child-friendly unit. It is also suitable for wheelchairs. Please note: By order of the Body Corporate we may not rent to students. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

This is a wonderful, spacy appartment at a beautiful spot. The location in front of the beach is marvelous. From the huge terrace/balcony you see the whales swimming by, and at night you can sleep with the sound of the waves. Just walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. The kids also liked the big swimming pool, although in August [winter] the water is a bit chilly. Ballito is a nice, save village with plenty of nice restaurants. 100% recommended !

Calm and relaxing stay by

Everything was great. The flat was neat and spacious. We were able to braai on the balcony. The only downfall was that the sea view were a bit blocked by the small roof in front of the living room.

Proximity to the Beach and Boardwalk by

Accommodation is comfy, clean and has all the mod-cons. Some of the taps leaked, they need new washers. Only one bedside light was working in the main bedroom. Shower head in main bathroom needs replacing. Garage Door was stuck in half open position. Otherwise all was good and a great holiday was enjoyed by the family.

Such a great location! It was lovely to be able to stand on the balcony and watch whales and dolphins swim by while enjoying a braai and glass of wine! The flat was great, suited our needs, does what it says on the tin ;) There were a few minor issues like the bathroom light not working on arrival, no toilet paper on arrival, and some leaky taps but no train smash as the shops are really close and it's no biggy to replace a light bulb. Having the beach so close was really great for our 4 year old - he had an amazing time!
