Le Roucas

Le Roucas is located on the east side of Mauritius in the charming village of Trou d'eau Douce. This beautiful property will captivate you with its amazing view over the bay. A lot of activities are available in the village itself. We are within walking distance from all the local shops and restaurants and located in a secure residential complex comprising three houses.

The house has three bedrooms; all bedrooms are situated on the second floor, with two small lofts. The house has a large, fully equipped, American-style kitchen, a lovely cosy lounge and a sitting room with beautiful views over the garden and over the bay. There is also a laundry room and a covered wooden deck wrapped around the front of the house. We boast a beautiful outside shower for the adventurous. There is a great outdoor area with a dining table and area for barbecues, as well as a communal swimming pool in the complex. The house has a private jetty leading to the bay.

You will be able to rent all that is need to enjoy the lovely waters of the bay in the village centre; there is also a beautiful 18-hole golf course - one of the best courses in the world.

A cook, which is compulsory for a party bigger than six, is available at extra cost but a free cleaning service is included in the rates.
