The whales and dolphins seasonal also surprise one often with their manoeuvres and can be watched from the comfort of your bed. The walking trail that passes in front of the house along the sea, will introduce you to fynbos and flowers, the fishing harbour and the different angling spots, like High Bank and Freddy's Rock.
Explore the coast line along white sandy beaches; take a boat trip to Dassen Island or explore the abundant sea life in the shallow pools. In the evenings the moonlight is just breathtaking, because we are fortunate not to have any street lights.
