This three bedroom unit sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children, making it ideal for a family holiday. Newly renovated, fully equipped luxury self-catering Penthouse with a 180-degree sea view from the large covered balcony facing Uvongo and Manaba beach-front. There is a built-in braai on the patio with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can relax while viewing the dolphins and passing whales.

The unit is located on the third floor and accessed by a staircase. The apartment's main bedroom has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a stylish corner bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a single bed, bunk bed and a single bed mattress. The second bathroom also has a stylish corner bath and shower. Linen is provided but please bring your own towels, beach towels and dishcloths.

There is a TV with a connected decoder and a radio, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, two fridges and freezers, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

Facilities include a lock-up safe, undercover parking, electric fencing and a night watch. A large swimming pool and tidal pool are directly in front of the unit. Guests need to bring their own drinking water.
