Great place to stay. Centrally located. It has just what you need for a base to explore Cape Town from.

Our 4 night stay in the cottage was great. Agostino was most welcoming and helpful. The location is fabulous - in the De Waterkant Village - perfect for meandering down the beautifully restored streets, visiting cafes, restaurants and shops. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront and a shorter stroll to downtown. We will most certainly recommend staying at 9 Loader Street for an inner city stay for two.
